1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AI IDE List, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. What We Provide

AI IDE List provides curated information about AI IDEs, coding agents, editor extensions, web app builders, code review tools, developer workflows, product comparisons, and related articles. Public content is for research and evaluation. It is not legal, security, financial, procurement, or professional engineering advice.

3. Accuracy and Editorial Review

We try to keep entries, pricing notes, feature descriptions, privacy notes, and comparisons useful and current, but third-party products change frequently. Verify critical details with the official vendor before buying, integrating, sending proprietary code, or relying on a tool for production work.

4. Accounts

Some features require sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity under your account. We may assign roles such as user, editor, or admin to control access to content management tools.

5. Submissions and Content

If you submit, create, edit, upload, or import content, you grant us permission to store, review, edit, translate, publish, archive, remove, and display that content as part of the site and related services. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

You remain responsible for submitted text, links, metadata, images, videos, logos, and other files. We may reject or remove content that is inaccurate, promotional in a misleading way, unsafe, illegal, infringing, spammy, or unrelated to the site.

6. API and Admin Use

Authorized API keys and admin routes may be used only for approved directory, blog, media, and maintenance workflows. You may not share API keys, bypass rate limits, probe private endpoints, scrape authenticated data, interfere with caching or revalidation, or use the service to distribute malicious content.

7. Uploaded Media

Upload features are limited to supported images and videos for legitimate site content. Uploaded media may be stored by our infrastructure provider and served publicly if attached to published content. Remove secrets, credentials, personal data, and confidential material before uploading.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, APIs, databases, storage, admin tools, or infrastructure.
• Submit malware, phishing content, deceptive links, credential material, or harmful code.
• Interfere with site availability, security, caching, analytics, or ad delivery.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, product status, pricing, or official vendor relationship.
• Copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the site in a way that harms the service or violates rights.

9. Third-Party Sites and Tools

The directory links to third-party products, vendor documentation, pricing pages, repositories, demos, and articles. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, security, availability, pricing, terms, privacy practices, or model/data handling. Use third-party tools at your own discretion.

10. Advertising and Affiliate Relationships

The site may display advertising or use monetization integrations when configured. Sponsored, advertising, affiliate, or partnership relationships should not be treated as product endorsements unless expressly stated. Editorial claims should still be verified against primary sources.

11. Intellectual Property

The site design, text, organization, metadata, and original editorial content are owned by AI IDE List or its contributors, except where third-party trademarks, logos, screenshots, product names, and excerpts belong to their respective owners. References to third-party products are for identification and commentary.

12. Suspension and Removal

We may suspend access, revoke API keys, remove submissions, unpublish content, or block activity that violates these terms, threatens site security, creates legal risk, or degrades the service.

13. Disclaimers

AI IDE List is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or always current. We do not warrant that third-party tools listed on the site are safe, suitable, compliant, or available for your use case.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI IDE List and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, security incidents, or decisions made based on directory content or third-party services.

15. Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The "Last updated" date above shows when this page was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
