Codex reset and usage rules
Global reset
Applied automatically to eligible accounts. Eligibility depends on the announcement; it does not create a saved reset.
Banked reset
Saved for you to apply before expiry. A full reset refreshes the 5-hour and weekly windows and changes your weekly reset date.
Personal usage windows
Your 5-hour and weekly limits follow your account. A public global-reset record cannot provide your personal countdown.
