GeFei Overview

GeFei (哥飞), also known online as qiayue and @gefei55, is a Chinese web-product founder and SEO educator. He began building websites and learning search optimization in 2008, co-founded a business after graduating in 2011, and later worked as a technical lead in game publishing. He now operates GeFei Digital LLC, a Wyoming-registered company with a team in Shenzhen, and runs the paid website-building community 哥飞的朋友们.^[1][2]

His work spans browser extensions, AI content tools, open-source development projects, SEO research, privacy-conscious analytics, a publishing community, and managed marketing services. His stated approach, often called a small orchard, is to test focused products against actual search demand, user acquisition, and willingness to pay before expanding investment.^[1]

What GeFei Built

Search and AI creation

SeekAll lets users send a query to several search destinations, including AI assistants, conventional search engines, and social platforms. The website documents configurable search providers, multiple tabs, a vertical sidebar, and follow-up questions. GeFei's July 2024 launch account describes iterations from a basic prototype through an unstable embedded-page approach to a separate-window interaction model.^[3][4]

Sticker.Show is an AI sticker generator and public sticker gallery. In his original announcement, GeFei presented it as a team-built example of a content-generating tool: useful user-created outputs can also become discoverable pages. Private generation or higher-quality downloads were part of the described monetization logic. That description of the model is not evidence that every planned feature is currently available.^[5][6]

Community and SEO products

Founded in July 2023, 哥飞的朋友们 is a paid community focused on researching demand, launching websites, getting organic traffic, and monetizing products. Its public platform hosts tutorials, practical reports, discussions, site-building competitions, online Q&A, events, and discovery services. The company website reported more than 6,500 paying members in 2026; this is a founder-published figure, not an independently audited count.^[1][7]

The GeFei SEO Toolbox provides keyword expansion, search-intent and difficulty analysis, domain inspection, on-page checks, monetization calculators, a GSC simulator, and an AI SEO Agent. It also documents an HTTP API, MCP, CLI, and skill-based access paths. Its public tool pages describe the core tools as free to use; some data services and community features may have separate access requirements.^[8]

GeFei.ai is a knowledge-grounded SEO question-answering assistant using Web.Cafe materials. It is a product entry point within the Web.Cafe ecosystem, not an entirely separate hosted application: the domain redirects to the community's chat page.^[1][9]

SEO.Box is a curated directory of SEO tools, browser extensions, and educational resources. It is distinct from the more interactive SEO.Web.Cafe toolbox.^[1][10]

BestLinks.ai offers managed guest-post placement and Digital PR. Its published workflow covers prospect research, using the customer's product, writing articles, arranging placements, and checking indexation. It advertises a service fee separate from placement costs. The company describes the process as tested on its own sites, but the identities and outcomes of all those sites are not publicly documented.^[1][11]

Analytics and developer infrastructure

PVUV.ai is a web-analytics service focused on distinguishing genuine visitors from bots and invalid traffic. Its public product pages describe visit authenticity scoring, funnels, optional ad protection, AI reports, and MCP access for assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex. The current public deployment documentation specifies Cloudflare Workers with PostgreSQL through Hyperdrive; an earlier repository README mentions D1, so the old D1-only description should not be used for the current hosted architecture.^[12][13]

GitBase is an open-source, database-free website CMS built with Next.js and GitHub-backed content storage. Its repository documents Markdown content, an admin interface, multilingual routing, and AI-assisted feature development. The live demonstration identifies qiayue as its creator.^[14][15]

Woy.ai is an AI-tools directory that GeFei also used as an example when explaining AI-native CMS design, taxonomy, multilingual content, and SEO-oriented link acquisition. The site is reachable, although its current listing pages alone cannot establish the scope of ongoing development.^[16][17]

Open-Source and Historical Work

SoraWebUI was an open-source web interface released around the February 2024 Sora announcement. GeFei's team retrospective describes the project as a team release, and his V2EX post links the repository and demo. The historical interface demonstrated a fake Sora API workflow; its still-available demo page does not prove current production support for an official Sora API.^[18][19][20]

Twitter Trend Radar is a public repository under qiayue that explores discovering emerging products by analyzing link-bearing X posts, domain age, and recent traffic signals. It is research tooling rather than a separately verified commercial SaaS.^[21]

OpenGeFei collects public website-building guidance, articles, and community case-study indexes in a GitHub repository under qiayue. Another public repository, Stripe-Checkout-Top100, provides historical rankings of websites referring traffic to Stripe Checkout; neither should be presented as verified revenue data for GeFei's own products.^[22][23]

Qiuyumi.com (秋玉米) was one of his earlier products: a domain-name combination and availability search tool published in March 2012. In July 2017 he publicly offered the site for sale and then confirmed a sale. Its present-day website must not be treated as a product still owned by him.^[24][25]

Other disclosed experiments include ReadWeb.ai, a stopwatch site at stopwatch.ing that later ended after a domain issue, and ChatGPT4o.ai, a 2024 experiment in generating publicly indexable question-and-answer content. These are historical references, not verified current businesses.^[18][26]

How GeFei Builds

His public material emphasizes a repeatable cycle: discover searchable demand, launch a focused minimum product, measure real traffic and conversion, then invest in content, internal links, promotion, and backlinks when the evidence warrants it. His experience covers both organic search and paid acquisition; this is a description of his approach, not a guarantee that every website will rank or make money.^[1][18]

The architecture varies with the problem. SeekAll is a browser extension. GitBase uses GitHub as a content backend. PVUV.ai currently describes edge collection, queues, PostgreSQL analytics, and MCP-based assistant access. Sticker.Show illustrates user-generated output serving both the product and a discoverable content surface.^{[3][14][12][5]}

GeFei has publicly said he asked Claude Code to develop a Chrome extension for marketing automation, providing a direct, attributed example of his use of an AI coding agent. A testimonial published by ShipAny also attributes to him the use of that SaaS starter framework for multiple international sites; ShipAny is a development framework and should not be mistaken for a coding agent.^[27][28]

Business Model

GeFei Digital LLC describes revenue lines from community memberships and paid educational material, software subscriptions or add-ons, managed guest-post and PR services, and consulting. Sticker.Show's announced model combines a free basic product with paid enhanced or private use.^[1][11][5]

The company website refers to commercial success from several unnamed products without providing product-level revenue records. Since no dated, independently verifiable revenue figure can be assigned to a named product, the structured revenue list is intentionally empty.^[1]
